With APM your support is built around you, your goals, and what you need to succeed in lasting employment – whether that’s as soon as possible or in the future.
When you register for Disability Employment Services (DES) with us, we want to hear all about you and what you want to achieve.
If you don’t feel ready to start work, we’ll work with you to develop skills useful in the type of job you’re interested in.
Your support may include:
- training suited to your interests and goals
- meeting employers local to you
- placements so you can learn about a job in the workplace or industry
- access to mental health and wellbeing support
- help to manage other challenges
When you come to APM, we’ll get to know you, listen to your interests, your goals, and your circumstances.
And we’ll work with you to help you get to where you want to be.
